Please read this shipping policy before making a purchase at Digioto.

1. Stock Availability

Before placing an order, customers are advised to contact the admin first regarding stock availability, especially regarding color, size, type, or product variant options.

This is to avoid ordering items that are out of stock or require restocking.

2. Order Processing

If an order has not been processed, it may be due to several reasons, such as:

  • Holidays.
  • Orders received outside of operating hours.
  • The item requires a stock check.
  • The item requires preparation time before shipping.

If there are any issues with the order, the Digioto team will contact the customer via the contact information provided.

3. Order Changes

If a customer wishes to change an order, please contact the admin immediately via WhatsApp.

Order changes can only be made if:

  • A replacement item is still available.
  • The product price is still correct.
  • The transaction has not been processed.
  • The order has not been shipped.

Customers are expected to carefully consider the details before completing the transaction.

4. Shipping Schedule

Orders will be shipped on the same day if they are received and payment is confirmed before 4:00 PM WIB.

Orders received after 4:00 PM WIB will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping is not available on Sundays or national holidays.

5. Tracking Number

The tracking number will be entered within 1–2 x 24 hours after the order is processed.

Please be patient while waiting for the tracking number update, as all packages are processed through the courier's pickup system and require time to update the shipping system.

6. Shipping Issues

If there are any issues with the shipping process, customers can check directly through the website or app of the selected shipping company.

If customers need assistance, the Digioto team is ready to assist with checking based on the available shipping data.

7. Shipping Insurance

When purchasing goods from Digioto, customers are required to purchase shipping insurance.

If the item is not insured and is lost or damaged during shipping, Digioto is not responsible for this.

8. Unboxing Video

Before opening the package, customers are required to record an unboxing video, from the start of the package being sealed until the product is clearly visible.

An unboxing video is required as evidence in the following cases:

  • Damaged goods.
  • Goods not as ordered.
  • Goods incomplete.
  • If the product is experiencing problems upon receipt, please contact us.

Digioto will not accept complaints, claims, or returns without a clear and complete unboxing video.

9. Purchase Errors

Digioto does not provide refunds for purchase errors made by customers, such as selecting the wrong product, type, color, size, or variant.

Customers are advised to contact the admin before making a transaction if they are unsure about the product's suitability.
